Our MC for the evening will be Peter Hirsh of Youngs
Market Estates. A fourth generation “Beverage
Specialist”, Peter has been in the Wine industry for more
than 20 years. Peter completed the "Certified
Specialist of Wine" and currently runs the largest
"fine wine" sales division in the United States,
responsible for such brands as Salon, Delamotte, Piper
Heidsieck, Taittinger, Alfred Gratian,Charles Heidsieck,
Drappier, Iron Horse and Schramsberg.
Prior to this, Peter was a recording
engineer working with major advertising companies, recording
commercials for such companies as McDonalds and American
Airlines which are still currently airing on radio and
television today. Also working with artists, Lionel
Richie, Johnny "Guitar" Watson, Mary Wells, The Miami
Sound Machine (with Gloria Estevan), Papa John Creech, Sly
Stone, Frankie Valle and many more.
